Our Story

Brent was trying to list his own 2.7-acre freehold beachfront property in Savusavu, Fiji. After being frustrated with existing platforms, he decided to build TidalListings instead — a platform designed specifically for waterfront properties, by someone who owns one. His own property was the first listing on the platform.

Every feature, from the water proximity filters to the tidal access tags, exists because Brent wished it had existed when he was looking for the right place to list his own property.

Our Mission

We believe finding your dream waterfront property should be simple, transparent, and accessible. TidalListings removes the middlemen — no commissions, no transaction fees, no hidden costs. Sellers list their properties for a flat $22/month, and buyers connect directly.

We believe the people who own waterfront properties deserve a platform that understands what makes them special — the water proximity, the tidal access, the boat dock, the reef, the private beach. Not just another checkbox on a generic real estate site.

We're a new platform. We're growing. Right now you'll find a curated selection of waterfront properties — and that list grows every day. We'd rather have fewer, better listings than thousands of irrelevant ones.
