Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a takedown notice, please provide the following information to our designated agent:

  2. The URL of the infringing content on TidalListings
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may file a counter-notification to dmca@tidallistings.com including the same information listed above, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in New Zealand, or if you are located in the United States, the Federal District Court for your district.
